Honest software advice
We love Xero for most limited companies because it is flexible, powerful and works well with bank feeds, VAT returns, receipt capture and a wide range of add-ons. That said, some clients are better suited to FreeAgent or QuickBooks Online.
No unnecessary change
If your current system works well, we will not move you without good reason. Our advice is based on what makes practical sense for your business, not on pushing one platform for the sake of it.
Receipt capture with Dext, Hubdoc or Xero
For clients with lots of purchase invoices and receipts, we can provide or recommend receipt capture software such as Dext. This can reduce paperwork, speed up bookkeeping and help keep your records tidy.
Some clients upload and approve documents themselves. Others simply send everything to us and let us handle the processing. We are flexible.

Every business is different. Some clients want a fully managed bookkeeping service where we process purchase invoices, reconcile the bank, prepare VAT returns and keep the accounting records up to date.

Do you only work with Xero?
No. Xero is our preferred system for many limited companies, but we also work with QuickBooks Online and FreeAgent.
Can you move me from spreadsheets to Xero?
Yes. We can help set up Xero, bring in opening balances, connect bank feeds and get the system ready to use.
Can you fix a messy Xero file?
Yes. We can review your Xero setup, correct coding errors, tidy up unreconciled items and make sure VAT and control accounts are sensible.
Do you provide receipt scanning software?
Yes. We can provide or recommend Dext, Hubdoc or Xero's own document capture tools depending on your needs.
Can you train me to use Xero?
